On Thursday June 20th, United Way/Centraide Windsor-Essex County in partnership with the Windsor & District Labour Council presented the 4th Annual John Toth Community Champion Legacy Award to longtime United Way supporter Sandra Sahli from Ontario Secondary School Teacher’s Federation (OSSTF) Active Retirees Members (ARM) Chapter 9.
