On Track to Success

Unlocking Youth Potential

The On Track To Success program wraps support around a young person and their family to help them graduate high school and go on to college, university or a trade.

Young Adults Who Are Employed

Students enrolled in the On Track to Success program will have the opportunity to earn up to $4,000 for post-secondary education. They’ll also have access to services including tutoring, individualized support, social and recreational activities, and volunteer, career and social mentoring opportunities.

Success Shouldn’t Be Determined by Postal Code

On Track to Success runs in our priority neighbourhoods including Leamington, West Windsor, and Downtown Windsor, supporting students from grades 9 to 12.

Opportunities to Connect With the Students You Support

We are fortunate to have many generous donors who are willing to invest $6,500 in supporting a student each year. Many donors support multiple students, or sponsor a student spanning their entire high school education. There are opportunities for those donors to meet students and learn about their aspirations and provide mentorship.
