Why am I receiving emails from United Way? 

If you donated to United Way recently, we are permitted to send you information about your gift and its impact on the community, unless you choose to opt-out.

Depending on what you donated or subscribed to, you may receive emails from us about:

  1. The impact of your gift – monthly stories about local lives changed by your generosity, and our annual Impact Report to the Community.
  2. Upcoming special events and opportunities – to get involved or learn more about #UNIGNORABLE issues in Windsor-Essex County (approximately 1-4 emails/month).
  3. Giving – a few times a year, we’ll contact you to share opportunities to support special giving initiatives that may be of interest to you, or to get your feedback on your experience as a donor.
  4. Fundraising – if you are one of the amazing volunteers from across the region who support our annual fundraising efforts, we like to share tips for running a great campaign (approximately 6-8 emails/year).

We do not share your email address with anyone without your express consent.
