What makes the On Track to Success program unique?
Relationships are at the heart of our program. Success Coaches offer essential out-of-school support to students, helping them navigate challenges through guidance, mentorship, and financial assistance. By addressing these barriers, we empower students to reach their full potential.
On Track to Success Mission:
More high school graduates and more youth enrolling in college, university or trade education.
Keeping kids in school can improve many life outcomes, including health, higher life-long earning potential, and lower the chances of at-risk behaviour. Together we can build a skilled local workforce ready for the modern economy while helping local youth prosper.

Unlocking Youth Potential
On Track to Success runs in our priority neighbourhoods, which includes Leamington, West Windsor, and Downtown Windsor and supports students from grades 9 to 12.
On Track to Success provides four main programming elements to ensure students reach their full potential, which consists of academic support, social mentoring, career exploration opportunities and financial assistance for the student and their family.
Equity and Empowerment
The Ujima Initiative provides Black students in the On Track to Success program access to culturally relevant resources, including community mentorship, mental health support, and systems navigation support.
