United Way is hosting a 50/50 raffle in partnership with the Windsor & District Labour Council
Funds raised will support our ongoing efforts to help local children and youth escape the cycle of poverty, as well as the WDLC Windsor-Essex Labour History Project.

This raffle is a one-time 50/50 electronic raffle. The prize will be 50% of the money collected for all tickets sold.

This raffle is a one-time 50/50 electronic raffle. Tickets will be sold in advance of the draw online through the RaffleBox platform. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier, Rafflebox. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
The prize will be 50% of the money collected for all tickets sold. Winners will be paid via cheque in Canadian funds, drawn from the designated lottery trust account.
The draw will take place at 300 Giles Blvd. E., Unit A1, Windsor ON N9A 4C4 on September 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM EST. Ticket sales will close at 23:59 PM EST on September 12th, 2024.
Ticket prices are; 5 for $10, 20 for $20, 150 for $50.
Rules of the Draw
- Players must be 18 years old or older, and must use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize. United Way employees are not eligible to enter the draw.
- Entrants must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
- The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
- United Way shall be responsible for awarding the prize and making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner.
- The winners of the prizes shall be determined by reference to the Name, and Contact Information provided. The winner will be announced at the draw and will be publicized on United Way’s website and social media channels. If the winner is not present, the winner will be notified by telephone, email or by letter according to the information provided.
- Winners have six (6) months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
