On Track to Success

Unlocking Youth Potential

The On Track to Success program wraps support around a young person and their family to help them graduate high school and go on to college, university or a trade.

Focusing on Cradle to Career Milestones 4 and 5:

Ready Students to Graduate High School

Prepare Young Adults to be Employable

Students enrolled in the On Track to Success program will have the opportunity to receive up to $4,000 for post-secondary education. They’ll also have access to services including tutoring, individualized support, social and recreational activities, and volunteer, career and social mentoring opportunities.

Success Shouldn’t Be Determined by Postal Code

On Track to Success runs in our priority neighbourhoods including Leamington, West Windsor, and Downtown Windsor, supporting students from grades 9 to 12.

Unlock Youth Potential

Opportunities to Support a Student

We are fortunate to have many generous donors who are willing to invest $5,000 in supporting a student each year. Many donors support multiple students or sponsor a student spanning their entire high school education. Throughout that sponsorship, donors will be provided updates on their student’s goals and progress and learn about potential mentorship opportunities.
