Research has identified and defined seven work ethic behaviours that drive job placement, performance, and retention. With an innovative and experiential suite of tools, we establish lasting change by developing the foundational behaviours and the core values that support them.
Participants in this workshop will:
- Learn about and begin to develop the seven work ethics that impact work behaviours
- Reliability, Professionalism, Positivity, Initiative, Respect, Integrity and Gratitude
- Learners will engage in experiential learning activities based on the seven behaviours of work ethic

Executive Directors, Senior Managers, Board Members and other staff interested in improving their "A" Game.
