Political acuity is about judgment; understanding an issue, its origins, and the player, developing an approach, and knowing when to act. This workshop will help you understand what political acuity is and why it's important and how it affects your success in the wprkplace.

Participants in this workshop will:

  • "Connecting the dots" and considering the big picture
  • Planning communications
  • Utilizing strategic relationships
  • Analyzing environments, both internal and external to your agency
  • Acting in a proactive way in situations, to get out in front of issues

Executive Directors, Senior Managers, Board Members and other staff interested in leadership development.
