Political acuity is about judgment; understanding an issue, its origins, and the player, developing an approach, and knowing when to act. This workshop will help you understand what political acuity is and why it's important and how it affects your success in the wprkplace.

- Planning communications
- Utilizing strategic relationships
- Analyzing environments, both internal and external to your agency
- Acting in a proactive way in situations, to get out in front of issues
