How do you recuit and retain mentors with the skills and personalities to help mentees thrive? Many accomplished professionals will say they had a mentor who helped guide them throughout  their career path.

Participants in this workshop will:

  • Learn about volunteer management skills
  • Learn how to make your mentorship program a success
  • Learn how to maintain boundarides in mentoring relationshops
  • Learn how to supervise your mentoring matches off-site

Volunteer manager, coordinator or leader at an organization with a mentoring program.
