Achieve Ontario is a online volunteer recognition program based on Employment and Social Development Canada's National Occupational Classification. Gain access an learn how to use this platform to create customizable certificates that recognize the experiences, skills and training your volunteers have developed through their involvement with your organization.

Participants in this workshop will:

  • Become an Achieve Ontario certified organization
  • Be able to use the Position Description Bank to write volunteer position descriptions and performance evaluations
  • See how Achieve Ontario helps to simplify volunteer recruitment by helping describe the tasks and skills required for the position, along with any training requirements

Who should attend?
Volunteer coordinators/managers and other staff or volunteers responsible for engaging and recognizing volunteers in their organization.
