Developing and implementing good policies and procedures can minimize the risk faced by Boards of Directors, staff and volunteers. This workshop is designed to help you better understand the importance of risk management and to learn how easy and inexpensive it is to implement risk management policies and procedures.
Participants in this workshop will:
- Be introduced to the concepts of risk and risk management
- Review the major areas of risk in not for profit organizations
- Review a typical risk management process
- Apply the risk management process to scenarios
