Windsor, ON – Caesars Windsor proudly announced today a total contribution of $65,496 to United Way Windsor-Essex Chatham-Kent, strengthening programs that help local children and families overcome barriers and achieve success.
At a special cheque presentation event, Caesars Windsor Cares presented a $25,000 corporate donation in support of United Way’s Caregiver Engagement Program—an initiative that empowers parents and caregivers to play an active role in their child’s academic journey toward high school graduation and a successful future.
In addition to the corporate gift, Caesars Windsor employees generously contributed $40,496 to the United Way campaign, helping to fund programs like On Track to Success and Ignite Academy. These programs provide wraparound supports—such as tutoring, mentoring, healthy food, mental health supports and family assistance—that remove barriers to learning and help children reach their full potential.

The Caregiver Engagement Program offers activities and workshops led by guest speakers on topics such as managing the pressures of social media, mindfulness and stress relief, supporting emotional regulation in teens, and creating safe spaces for open dialogue and reflection. These sessions equip parents and caregivers with tools and strategies to better support their children’s educational success.

Following the cheque presentation, Caesars Windsor volunteers known as HEROs joined United Way staff to package healthy lunches as part of United Way’s Hot School Lunch initiative, which
provides free nutritious meals to students in West Windsor schools—ensuring they can focus on learning without hunger holding them back.
Research consistently shows that education is the clearest path out of poverty. Thanks to the support of Caesars Windsor and its dedicated employees, local kids and families have the resources they need to stay on track and succeed.
