Menstrual hygiene products are among the most requested, yet least donated items at food banks and shelters. This year, we aren’t just asking for donations—we’re inviting you to be part of a community celebration. The need for emergency assistance is at an all-time high and whether you have five minutes for a quick drop-off or an hour to celebrate with us, your contribution makes a life-changing difference.

Swing by on May 28th, drop off your donation and head out with our thanks or stay and celebrate your impact! Enjoy complimentary appetizers, meet fellow community members, and enter for a chance to win exciting door prizes. It’s the perfect way to turn a donation into a night of impact and fun.
For those collecting product but unable to make it to our social celebration, donations can be dropped off at the United Way Office (425 McNaughton Ave. W., Chatham) or the Tilbury Information & H.E.L.P. Centre (26 Queens St. N., Tilbury) during regular open hours.
How You Can Join the Movement:
🔴Make a Personal Donation of Product: We invite anyone who is able to bring a donation of tampons, pads, menstrual cups or other feminine hygiene products to The Match on May 28th. Collect with friends and come celebrate your impact with us!
🔴Host a Workplace or School Drive: Local businesses and student-led clubs are encouraged to start their own collections now. For those unable to attend our drop-off event, United Way is offering donation pick-up on a day that works for you.
🔴Become a Period Promise Event Sponsor: Local businesses, unions and organizations can choose from various sponsorship levels to help support our event and fund the purchase of products.
