It is always answered by a person. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone or online. It offers multilingual phone services and is available to people who are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing via TTY. www.211windsoressex.ca is the public online version of an accessible, searchable database providing comprehensive access to information about social, community, health and government services.

Topics include anti-bullying, anger management, drugs and alcohol, shoplifting, and vandalism. The program also works with youth who have behavioural problems as an alternative to suspending the student from school.
