United Way is asking the Windsor Essex County community to Lead United in support of the kind of community we want for our families, friends and neighbours.
On Friday, November 19th, United Way representatives chose a unique way to announce the results to date for the 2010 annual campaign. Shoppers at Devonshire Mall were surprised, when over two hundred people wearing LEAD UNITED t-shirts stopped what they were doing, and froze in place for two minutes.
