2012 United Way Campaign Kick-Off in the City

After-School Program School Supply Drive
 
Give back to those in need by taking part in our community-wide supply drive to support United Way Funded After-School Programs.   Collect supplies and bring them to the Kick-Off, or drop-off at one of the secure locations listed below.  
 
After-School Program Donation Wish List
  • New books for children aged 5-12 Years
  • Craft Supplies: Paint, Brushes, Markers, Fabric, Glitter, Beads, Construction Paper 
  • Sports Equipment: Hoola Hoops, Rubber Skipping Ropes, Balls: Soccer, Basketball; Baseball Bats & Baseballs
  • 100% Juice Boxes Basic
  • School Supplies: Pens, Pencils, Erasers, Lined Paper, Glue Sticks, Sharpeners, Calculators, Easel Paper and Math Workbooks
  • Cleaning supplies: Paper Towels, Disinfecting Wipes, Tissue Boxes

Call for Fresh Produce
The Downtown Windsor Farmer's Market will be selling fresh and local fruits and vegetables.  Buy some local produce for yourself, or donate to the UHC Food Bank Network on the day of the event.  Below is a list of produce that you can bring to donate to those in need in our community.

  • Lot for the Lanspeary greenhouse (Parking Available for Transit Windsor & Windsor Optimist Youth Band Only)
